Do You Have a Waste Disposal Plan?
Don’t Stress Over Construction Waste Management Plans with Quick Skips
Most Australian building projects require a waste disposal plan(*1). This details what waste is expected to be accumulated during the project and how it will be disposed of. These plans are created during the development application. If the building project is aiming to achieve a green star building rating, waste management during the building process will be crucial.
Quick Skips Provide:
• A range of skip bin types so you can sort and classify your rubbish. For example, if your project will produce a lot of masonry material, you may opt for a clean hard fill bin in addition to a general waste bin.
• On-site waste sorting.
• On-site recycling.
• Lawful disposal of all non-recyclable waste.
Did you know that the rubbish removal company and the company managing the project can be held liable if rubbish is disposed of unlawfully?(*1-3) Always be sure to choose a trusted skip bin company.
**NB: On-site (as used above) refers to the Wetherill Park depot where we do waste sorting and recycling. Want to learn about our hard fill recycling?
