• Large tree trunks (small trunks and branches are fine).
Examples of hazardous waste include:
Asbestos, gas bottles, poisons, chemicals, batteries, tyres, fibreglass, insulation, and radioactive material and substances.
Tyres and Rubber:
Special equipment is needed to recycle tyres(*1). As a result, we charge a small additional fee for taking your tyres and rubber.
Due to the serious health risks of asbestos, it must be disposed of carefully and lawfully(*2). As we are not licensed to dispose of asbestos, unfortunately we cannot accept it in our skip bins.
According to NSW law, waste must be classified correctly by those who generated the waste(*3). To make this easier for our customers, we offer a range of bin types.
Types of Rubbish
• General household waste.
• Concrete, bricks, and tiles. We do not have restrictions on the weight of bricks, dirt, or concrete.
• Clay, dirt, and sand.
• Green waste (excluding large tree trunks).
Hazardous waste. See ‘What is NOT Allowed in Your Skip Bins?’ and ‘How Do I Dispose of Tyres, Rubber and Asbestos?’ for more information.
